December 2001	Establishment of the Direkt Form GmbH
	Dipl.- Ing. Ralf Wagner, a longtime employee at ACTech, founded the Direkt Form GmbH. The company specialises in direct mold milling.
November 2001	ACTech presented the new manufacturing plant
	The 4th industrial panel (Industrieforum) of the registered association NC-Gesellschaft e.V. in the new manufacturing plant of ACTech GmbH in Freiberg/Saxony Open day at ACTech About 120 employees
May 2001	ACTech moved into the new manufacturing plant
	The service firm Kunz-Engineering GmbH settled down in the first floor of the new facility Two CNC pattern making facilities (model workshops) Six laser-sintering systems Twelve CAD workstations Four CNC machining centres
April 2001	First division moved into the new workshops (halls)
	Machining division moved from Brand-Erbisdorf into the new manufacturing plant
March 2001	The first pouring was done in the new manufacturing plant
	Commissioning of the first furnace, melting capacity 100kg,  in the new manufacturing plant of ACTech GmbH on 8 March 2001 The first pouring was used to make a commemorative plaque in honour of the event
